Helsinki Pride on Suomen suurin homo-, lesbo-, bi- ja transtapahtuma. Kaikille avoimen jokakesäisen festivaaliviikon monipuoliseen tarjontaan kuuluu Pride-kulkueen lisäksi keskustelutilaisuuksia, tapaamisia, juhlia ja paljon muuta. Helsinki Priden tavoitteena on lisätä avoimuutta ja moninaisuuden hyväksymistä yhteiskunnassa.

Vuoden 2007 teema on suvaitsevaisuudesta yhdenvertaisuuteen. Tapahtuman järjestää Helsingin seudun SETA ry (HeSeta), joka toimii seksuaali- ja sukupuolivähemmistöjen yhteiskunnallisen aseman parantamiseksi.

Hi,
I wanted to know if anyone would be willing to share their knowledge of Helsinki. My plans have changed and I will be in Helsinki from the 29th to 31st of July and wanted to discover what local residents do for fun and recreation. Would love to buy a few rounds and a night out for a chance to see the real Helsinki with local hosts in the know.

Favorite places in town are Lasipalatsi, Tavastia, Töölölahti, Kiasma, Satkar, the new Waynes beside Torni, Liisankatu, Digelus, Stupido, Torni rooftop bar and my Space in Nosturi. Helsinki could use some more cafes with character, though.
